The department’s draft FY 26-27 Annual Action Plan, which outlines how it will allocate funding under federal entitlement grants, is available for public review and comments. The comment period ends June 21, 2026.

Grants are available to eligible low- to moderate-income households to help make necessary mobile home rehabilitation more affordable.
The Manufactured (Mobile) Home Rehabilitation Program provides assistance for manufactured (mobile) home rehabilitation needed to remove an existing or imminent health and/or safety hazard; correct code violations; or make physical improvements, adaptations, or modifications for accessibility. Assistance is provided to eligible applicants in the form of a grant. Assistance must be repaid if the recipient vacates their manufactured (mobile) home within two years of the completion date of the rehabilitation.
