Housing Advisory Board
A key role of the Housing Advisory Board is to advise City leadership on strategies to address housing affordability and neighborhood preservation issues.

Housing Advisory Board meetings are generally held on the third Monday of the month, from 3-5 p.m. at the Meyera E. Oberndorf Central Library, 4100 Virginia Beach Blvd. Anyone requesting to speak at a Housing Advisory Board meeting must contact Elizabeth Kondzella at 757-385-5823 or HomeRehab@vbgov.com by no later than 9 a.m. on the day of the meeting.
