Develop Workforce Housing
The Workforce Housing Program is designed to expand affordable housing opportunities to allow people to live and work in Virginia Beach.
The Workforce Housing (WFH) Program is a voluntary program for developers. Developers that choose to participate and create new workforce housing units through the City's program are offered an incentive of an increase in density for the development.
