Apartments listed are neither owned, operated nor managed by the City of Virginia Beach. Applicants must meet the apartment's rental criteria for income, credit and rental and criminal history checks. The units listed below are owned and managed by private landlords who have contacted Housing & Neighborhood Preservation to partner with the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program and register their property. The units have passed the rent reasonableness criteria. They may also be rented by individuals/families who do not participate in the HCV Program. The listings are by bedroom size.
