Virginia Beach Housing & Neighborhood Preservation is accepting proposals for the following programs:

Housing Opportunity Funds (HOF)

The HOF program is to encourage the development of newly constructed housing units or substantial rehabilitation of existing housing units for occupancy by low- and moderate-income persons and families, or apartment units for homeless individuals. Federal HOME and CDBG funds may be awarded to eligible projects based on the extent to which they achieve the City's goals. There is no set amount that may be awarded in total or to any particular project.

• Appendix B - Financial Worksheet (Excel): All applicants are required to provide the completed spreadsheet form in Appendix B – Financial Worksheet. To obtain the financial worksheet, please contact Sharon Shoff at SShoff@VBgov.com or (757) 385-5836.
