Virginia Beach Housing & Neighborhood Preservation is accepting proposals for the following programs:
The HOF program encourages the development of newly constructed housing units or substantial rehabilitation of existing housing units for occupancy by low- and moderate-income persons and families, or apartment units for homeless individuals. Federal HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds may be awarded to eligible projects based on the extent to which they achieve the City's goals. There is no set amount that may be awarded in total or to any particular project.

Neither this notice nor the acceptance of any application shall imply a funding obligation to any applicant. The City reserves the right to approve or reject any and all applications on such basis as it deems to be in its best interest and to waive irregularities or informalities in the proposal process.
