Housing Advisory Board meetings are generally held on the third Monday of the month, from 3 – 5 p.m. at the Meyera E. Oberndorf Central Library, 4100 Virginia Beach Blvd. Anyone requesting to speak at a Housing Advisory Board meeting must contact Jill Rinaldo at (757) 385-5834 or HomeRehab@vbgov.com by no later than 9 a.m. on the day of the meeting.
